So, Alien 5 Weyland is like that high school project you never quite finished, but at least you had some cool concept art to show for it. Neill Blomkamp must have thought, "Why not resurrect a franchise that’s already been through more twists than a pretzel?" Because clearly, we need more intergalactic nightmares. Who doesn’t love a classic tale of corporate greed, creepy aliens, and the man named Weyland who just couldn’t take a hint? Abandoned project or not, the only thing scarier than the Xenomorphs is the fact that this idea was ever on the table. But hey, at least we can all dream about what might have been while we sip our overpriced coffee.
