Curiosity is officially 14 years old, and what better way to celebrate this milestone than by investigating mysterious boxwork formations on Mars? I mean, who wouldn’t want to spend their birthday peering into veins of rock while millions back on Earth are stuck in traffic? So here’s to Curiosity: the rover that’s seen more of the universe than most of us will in a lifetime, all while staying decidedly still. If only Earth had a rover to explore the depths of our Netflix queues with the same enthusiasm! Cheers to another year of Martian adventures—because apparently, the rocks are more interesting
