Re-Animator is just another one of those 80s horror flicks. It’s got gore, some weird humor, and a guy who thinks he can bring the dead back to life. You know, the usual. It follows Herbert West, a science student at Miskatonic University, who ends up messing with things he shouldn’t. The effects are sometimes laughably bad, which is kind of amusing in a dull way. The movie doesn't really hold back on the nudity and blood, but I guess that’s part of the charm?
