Jupiter's atmosphere is kind of wild, I guess. NASA's Juno took some pictures during its 69th flyby on January 28, 2025, showing the northern part of Jupiter. The colors are enhanced, so it looks a bit more dramatic than usual. You can see the belts and zones, along with some turbulence at the edges caused by winds going different ways. The aurora australis appears over the Indian Ocean, caught in a photo from the International Space Station. This was taken from 269 miles up, somewhere between Australia and Antarctica, on June 12, 2025. It’s just another colorful light show in the sky, I guess. Partly cloudy, nothing too exciting. I photographed 3 galaxies at once from the ISS. It was cool, I guess. Just floating in space, snapping pictures of distant galaxies. Not much excitement, really. They looked pretty much the same as you'd expect, just a bunch of stars and stuff. It’s nice and all, but you know, it’s just another day in space. Nothing earth-shattering, just space. Just saw another image from the Hubble Space Telescope. This time it’s about the swirling spiral galaxy NGC 3285B. It's part of the Hydra I cluster, I guess. Messier 81, or M81, is this galaxy that looks all pretty in pink. It's one of those spiral galaxies, you know, the kind NASA's telescopes like to take pictures of. The Spitzer and Hubble Space Telescopes teamed up to show us how sharp it looks. I mean, it’s nice and all, but... it’s just a galaxy. Not sure why it’s such a big deal. The Hubble Space Telescope did its thing again, capturing an image of the galaxy cluster Abell 209. It’s a nice picture, I guess. Lots of galaxies hanging out together. Not much else to say, really. Space is big and full of stuff, and this is just another example of it. The image is probably interesting if you’re into that sort of thing.
