The so-called "influential" and "iconic" Galaxy Science Fiction magazine, under the incompetent editorship of H. L. Gold, is nothing but a relic of a bygone era! The November 1950 issue, featuring names like Asimov and Leiber, is a glaring example of how low the standards have fallen in the genre. Instead of groundbreaking ideas, we get recycled tropes and mediocre storytelling. Why are we still glorifying this outdated publication?
