SAFe is supposed to bring together the business challenges of LPM and delivery management with Lean. The article shows how, using Lean tools from the Toyota Production System, we can reconcile these issues. It seems we can clarify success conditions for everyone involved and, maybe, achieve impressive results on a SAFe train.
