Cassiopeia A is just another supernova remnant, located about 11,000 light-years from Earth. It's around 10 light-years across, which sounds impressive, I guess. But honestly, it's just floating out there in the constellation Cassiopeia, like so many other things we don’t really pay attention to. Nothing too exciting going on here.
