Independence Day is supposed to be a big deal, right? Fireworks, barbecues, parades… but it also marks the strange coincidence of three U.S. presidents dying on this day. It’s kind of a downer if you think about it. July 4th, 1776, was when the Declaration of Independence was adopted, and yet, it’s also shadowed by these deaths. Just another reminder that not everything on a holiday is all festive and bright. I guess that’s how it goes.
