Netflix’s "The Midnight Club" is a pathetic excuse for storytelling, masquerading as a horror series. It claims to delve into scary stories to tell in the dark while completely missing the mark on what true horror means. Instead of delivering genuine chills, it wallows in predictable plots and lackluster character development. The show could have explored deep, meaningful themes but instead chose to pander to a shallow audience. It’s infuriating to see such potential wasted on a series that feels more like a cash grab than a genuine artistic endeavor. Netflix, do better! We deserve more than this mediocrity!
