Lionsgate has dropped the trailer for "Do Not Enter," a supernatural thriller based on the novel "Creepers." It’s about some urban explorers who decide to check out the Paragon Hotel in New Jersey, which has been abandoned for a while. They’re looking for a rumored fortune of $300 million but, of course, things get messy.
