Brazil UFO Talks is happening again. This Sunday, Clayton Feltran will chat with some friends about UFOs and, apparently, some news about sightings. So, there's this new comic coming out, BATTLEWORLD #3, I guess. It features a new symbiote suit. I mean, it’s cool and all, but we’ve seen this with VENOM before. Spider-Man got his black costume ages ago in Amazing Spider-Man #252. Now, 40 years later, we’re getting another suit? It’s just... whatever. The Toxic Avenger is also in the mix, but yeah, can’t say I’m super excited. Just feels like the same old stuff.

Dark Vault: The War In Iraq is another one of those stories. Buck talks about his 11 years in the US Army and three rotations in Iraq. He even volunteered with the Kurds and Ukrainians for nothing, which is kind of interesting, I guess. But, it’s just more war stories. Not really thrilling, just the usual stuff. If you’re into that, you might enjoy it. Or not. Whatever.

I guess "I Know What You Did Last Summer" is still hanging in there. It's in the top 10 at the domestic box office for the third week now, nearing that $60 million mark worldwide. So far, it made about $29.2 million domestically. Not sure if anyone's really excited about it, but there it is. Just another slasher sequel doing its thing, I suppose.

Just watched "First Spaceship on Venus." It's a sci-fi film from 1960, based on Stanisław Lem’s work. The story is about astronauts headed to Venus after finding a strange artifact. It looks nice, but honestly, the characters are pretty forgettable, and the whole thing feels a bit drawn out. There's some optimistic view of future cooperation, but it lacks real excitement.
If you're into old sci-fi, it might be worth a look, but don’t expect too much.
